I am interested to hear if anyone else has asked the question during their research about the possibility of having children after TRAM surgery. When I ask my surgeon he seemed to indicate that it was not wise - putting me and baby at risk - however research on the internet has successful cases quoted. Originally I had thought I had finished my family - but every now and then I think maybe a 3rd would be nice.
